A confirmation e-mail has not arrived, even though I reserved a car?
It is possible that the e-mail address that you entered at the time of reservation is wrong. If you would like to confirm your reservation, or cancel it, you may contact our office at which you made the reservation by telephone, or you can log into your account and view your reservations.

How do I cancel a reservation?
You may log into your account by using your username and password. Or if you perfer, you can call us at 617-933-9712.

How are rates determined ?
Flat rates (Point to Point), are based on the distance our vehicle will travel. The rates are pre-configured for New England cities based on the distance the vehicle will travel.

Which is cheaper, making reservations by Internet or by telephone?
With the exception of days on which there is heavy demand, a special rate has been set for Internet reservations, which means that, in most cases, Internet reservations are cheaper than telephone reservations. However, depending on vehicle type, no discounts will be offered.

An error occurred at login?
In the event that you received an error at login be sure to make sure all the information is put in correctly, also take into consideration that the password is case sensitive.

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?
A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.To avoid being charged, if you can not find your chauffeur at the designated pickup point, call our dispatchers at 617-933-9712 so they can get in touch with the driver and help you locate each other. In the event that your plans change, or you miss your flight, call 617-933-9712 as soon as possible.

What makes Logan Limousine chauffeurs different than other drivers?

What if my reservation time is up and I'd like to keep the limo longer ?
You may extend your reservation provided payment is made in full at time of service and the limousine has no further obligations for the evening. You must contact us at 617-933-9712 to be able to provide you with more information.

What if I or someone in my party damages the vehicle during our trip?
Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including upholstery. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for excessive mess clean up resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning or shampooing. This information will be outlined in a contract for service that you must sign before charter begins.

Is smoking allowed in your limousines?
No.

What is your policy about alcohol in the limousine?
Clients of legal drinking age (21 in the U.S.) are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages during the voyage. Most of our stretch limos have a bar with fine crystal glasses.

What do I do if I discover that I have accidentally left something in the limousine?
If you have not already called us, we will immediately let you know if someone in your party has left an object of value in the limousine. Please call our office at 617-933-9712 to inquire about a lost item.

Can we do anything we want in the limo?
The most basic of all rules is please be respectful to Logan Limosine's property. All passengers must agree to behave in an orderly and in a well-behaved manner. Logan Limousine reserves the right to expel any person from our vehicle and/or terminate the contract in the event of a violation of any of any of the following conditions by any passenger. 1. Lewd behavior 2. Harassment of any type at any given time toward the driver or anyone else. 3. Please refrain from yelling out the windows at passersby. 4. Possession or consumption of alcohol by minors. 5. Fighting. In the event of ride termination, the driver will return you to the pickup address immediately if there is a violation of these rules no refunds will be given! In extreme cases the driver may leave your party at a safe area and you will be required to obtain your own transportation back home. We want you to have fun, but we also must operate our business with high levels of integrity. It is our sincerest hope that none of the above situations will occur during your ride, but they are mentioned here because they have occurred with others.

Can I make a reservation online?
Yes. Whether you are a first time client or a repeat customer, simply click on Reservations and fill out the specified form. You will be able to get prices instantly, and receive a confirmation number.

How can I open an account with your company?
You can open an account with Logan Limousine simply by filling out the new account form on line.

What is the advantage of opening an account?
Discounted rates, Fast and easy booking. Also, ability to cancel and edit reservations, view account history and credit card history.

How will you arrange for my pick up from the Airport?
There are limo stands on every terminal that we can pick you up at. Convenient Limo stand pick up is available which is very fast and efficient, the driver will meet you with your name on a sign. Please refer to the terminals pickup page once you receive your confirmation.

Do I get charged for waiting time at the airport?
If you made a reservation based on a flat rate, you will receive fifteen minutes grace period or free waiting time from the actual flight landing time with domestic flights, and 30 minutes free waiting time with all international flights from the time the flight lands.

What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, and Master Card.

How does the tip to the driver work?
LoganLimousine.com chauffeurs do not accept gratuities. A 20% service fee based on the fare, will be add to the bill.

Do you check the status of my flight?
Yes. Logan Limousine will constantly check your flight for actual arrival time. As long as your flight number doesn’t change, we will know about your flight delays. It may be a good idea to let our office know about your flight delays, but it’s not necessary.

If my flight number changes, do I have to let you know?
Yes. We would definitely need to know your arriving flight number, and your new arrival time.

How should I let you know about my arrival flight change?
The best option is to call our office directly to assure availability in case there is a big time change and confirm immediately.

Can I cancel my order and when?
Once you receive a confirmation, you are confirmed. To cancel your reservation refer to the Cancellatoin section on the reservation policy page to determine cancellation possibility and applicable charges that may apply.

How can I confirm my reservation?
Once you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email. Or you can log into your account to view the confirmation.

What kind of equipment do your limos have?
All of our stretched limousines are fully equipped with Color TV, CD player, DVD, telephone, intercom system, privacy sound proof partition, fiber optic lighting, and wet bar.

What kind of cars do you have?

Can we request a special language speaking driver?
On advance notice you may request special language speaking drivers.

Do you accept special requests?
With advance notice you can make a special request, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

Do you charge any fees?
Beside the 20% service fee, other charges might apply depending on the reservation type or package (airport fee, parking, fuel surcharge, tolls, etc.)

Do I have to pay for parking fees or any other fees?
You are responsible for all additional fees such as: parking, Tolls, Airport Fee, car phone usage, or any other additional costs or services.

Do you charge for waiting time on your flat rates?
If you have a pick up from a residence, or any place other than the airport, we give you a 10 minute grace period or free time from the actual pick up time. Additional waiting time will be calculated per ¼ hour increments. Hourly rates will be determined based on the type of vehicle ordered.

Can I pay by cash?
Yes, we accept cash for any reservation.

Are there drinks in your limos?
All hourly Limousine orders come with a wet bar. Our bar has ice with glasses and napkins. Bring along your favorite drink.

Do I need to have a Credit Card to make a reservation?
Yes, you must have a valid credit card to make a reservation. Even if you choose to pay cash, a deposit charge will be held on the credit card provided on the reservation, then refunded back to you once we receive the cash for the trip provided.

Do I get a confirmation number and when?
As soon as you complete your reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Do you make a sign with my name for my airport pick up?
If you are ordering an airport curbside pick up, the Car/Limo will have your name in the window and will be waiting when you arrive.

Does my time start at my door or at your door?
With our flat rates, you are not responsible for where the driver is taking off from, and as a result your time starts from your door or pick up point. With our hourly quotes, we will be charging an additional time for getting to your door and back, We are located in Boston.

How far in advance do I need to book?
It really depends on the type of car, and the occasion. If it’s a simple Sedan pick up, we prefer at least 24 -48 hour notice, although you may be able to reserve one within 2-3 hours of requested pick up time. On the other hand with our limos we like to have at least 48 hour notice, while our specialty vehicles may require more time.

What color are the cars?
Our vehicles are mainly either black or white. All of our Sedans and Town Cars are Black.

Do you charge for Stops?
If you are reserving as an as directed order, you won't have to pay for stops. With our flat rates (Sedan) to the Airport, there will be a minimum $20.00 charge for immediate stop or on the way stops, within 5 miles radius.

When do I get charged?
We confirm your reservation by authorizing your credit card and then you’ll get charged as invoiced. Additional time, services, fees will be charged as well.

Is it more expensive to get picked up from the Airport?
Yes. Simply because it takes more time, you'll pay slightly more. We will monitor flights constantly and check for new arrival times, also there is a charge for the airport fee.

Can I request my favorite driver?
Considering drivers may be off at times, we try our best to fulfill your needs. We will make a note in your file about any special requests.

What kind of a car do I need, if I have 4 people and want to go to Airport?
Our town cars will fit four passengers plus light bags. If you think you have a lot of bags and may not fit comfortably, you may want to think about one of our next size car.
